Data Collection

The user testing process was an invaluable learning experience for the Voia team. The candid reactions of just a few testers quickly shed light on all the specific strong and weak spots of our app—and helped us know exactly how we can improve our product. Furthermore, our participant gave insightful questions, comments and suggestions that together formed a clear guide of how we can make our product more useful, intuitive and enjoyable to use.

Writing a synthesis has gave us the direction in specifically where to improve. Voia is sill a work in progress, and it will soon be updated and enhanced.
